I’ve always subscribed to the theory that the vast majority of D-Class that are “disposed of” are actually just given strong amnestics and thrown back into rotation.
iirc straight up the case, the execution of D-Class is itself an SCP.
Same here but I’ve seen some other explanations both SCPs and other. I believe the killed at the end of every month trope was a early part of SCP history that most writers have moved on from.
