Big news with this is the simplified Cyrodiil skills and sets running during the 2nd week of PTS cycle. I will definitely be making sure I have PTS stuff live in my PC just to see what it’s like; 2400 CP on console, and never even hit level 30 on PC lol. Anything for a Cyrodiil meta change man, shits tragic right now.
