    Someone wrote a letter about how great i was 30 years ago. The words were was so good i… I just had to date them. It didn’t work out but i still have the letter, and i’ll read when i feel like a POS

    I was feeling pretty down a few years ago. I literally could not even come up with a single thing I would enjoy. My partner wrote up a list of self care and enjoyable things for me with cute little illustrations, and even years later it stays attached to the fridge and always brings a smile.

    Take time for your people. Be it taking a moment to share something, making the 5 minute call, or just writing a note. It may not feel like much in the moment, but it’s something that sticks with someone, brightens their day even if it’s just a small amount.

    Tell 'em ya love 'em, in your own unique ways. Even if they’re walking in the light in the moment, you’ve stoked a fire for when it does get dark. Something I think more of us need.
