          It was great, tho I probably should have added a little more flour. Nice breakfast pastry

    Wow I’ve never considered putting mango in cake. Is the mango pureed? I’m curious what other flavors are in it, lemon or vanilla?

      I used canned pureed mango and green cardamom :)

      325F, but like for a really long time. I think my dough was too moist
