Foreign aid is not military aid. The latter is uninterrupted for now.
It’s still a net negative impact to Ukraine. Splitting hairs, and I do appreciate the clarification as I wasn’t aware of that difference, but in the end it negatively impacts Ukraine on some sort of scale.

Of course. No humanitarian aid to NGOs is a bad thing but headlines often write that all aid stopped. I just don’t like false or misleading reporting, hence my clarification.
