There weren’t any malevolent oligarchs in Idiocracy. It was spontaneous stupidity.
There’s a concerted effort by the ruling class to keep us uninformed, angry, and reactive. Don’t be fooled into thinking people are just dumb for no reason.
After the first election, I watched it 5-6 times to cope. This time… There is no coping for me.
