Sincerely, what will the courts do about this? These feckless cunts don’t care about rule of law, and they dismantled this shit overnight. Courts move at glacial speed, so even if they did rule to restore it, the coup is done and god-king Elmo can ignore the law.
If nothing else, it will bog down their implementing of their agenda, and there’s some chance they can win. Lawsuits like this are for sure something that needs to happen.
