Most of the time when I see this kinda stuff I just ignore it as it could easily be fake as shit. It’s hard to take it seriously when their whole goal is being anonymous and 99% of the time I don’t believe they’re even real. But from the 1% of me that believes in this kinda stuff, y’all better hurry up. Cuz shits escalating fast. And if we go down this path we’re all fucked.
Pretty sure anonymous is an American psy-op. Inspire young hackers to grow their ego by making videos, making themselves more vulnerable in the process. Many have been arrested.
In the mean time, other hackers operate in silence and dont get publicity at all, except from people defending the systems.
I work in cybersecurity focused on international threat actors. Anonymous may be saying it out loud, but they’re not who I’m worried about. I deal with Russians, DPRK, and Chinese hackers daily. None of them are nameless, but none ever get caught.
The states should disband into something like the eleven nations described in American Nations. It’s too big for movements by the citizens to be effective currently.
Russia is bigger and had movements that shook the world.
I think it’s just the combination of the effective surveillance state and the fact that while Americans present themselves as warlike, they never really seen and felt what it takes and what it means.
I just think the US should be broken up in general. I’m sick of US world hegemony.
