There is much that Americans disagree on, but all of us expect our government to follow the rule of law, protect due process and treat individuals in a way that we would treat others in our homes and workplaces

I wonder about that one, been seeing a lot of sentiment that procedure isn’t important, constitutionality isn’t important, what matters is power being exercised to take the shortest path to their preferred outcomes with any less being a poor excuse covering for corruption.

If the ABA really believes this, perhaps they should start disbarment procedures for the attorneys arguing for Trump.
