Excellent podcast for anyone in recovery, I have no obligation to this podcast but I just find it really enjoyable and chill, two geazers who have obviously been friends a long time

Reading and listening about alcohol helped me recover. The author of This Naked Mind also had an excellent pod cast, not sure if she is still active.
