During its first few weeks, the Trump Administration has unleashed a flurry of measures to radically reshape the federal government. Many of these moves are overtly unlawful. Pretending that the law matters during a fascist coup is not productive.
Since the Judicial branch is supposed to keep an eye on the other two branches, and all three are controlled by the GOP, what is there to do? In the end any legitimate complaint that makes it to the SCOTUS will be tossed out like yesterdays McDonalds wrappers out of Clarence Thomas’ window.
