Someone pleas explain to me how this is the bicyclist fault? They are crossing where they should be and the other lane is stopped to let them cross.
On crosswalks you tipically have to get off the bike so you give the cars longer time to see you. Crosswalks are for pedestrians, not bikes, so you have to walk the bike.
Great. The driver is still at fault. There were plenty of signs that it was safe for her to cross. And they should still yield to anyone in the crosswalk. I like cars and yall still got me saying fuck cars. Cars have way more protections but fuck her for riding her bike across the crosswalk not “walking it”? How many people every day in every city crosswalks while still on their bike?
Well yeah i see the driver at fault, i was just explaining why people say the chick on the bike was also responsible for the accident
