Why does this thing not have braces on the front? Seems like it could topple over.
I’m sure the body weight of the person getting their head cut off would counter balance everything. At least for a minute.
And if it isn’t a clean cut through, the structure falling forward would provide ample leverage for a nice pop factor

Also pulling the blade up too fast would knock the top off. The pins should be horizontal.
