I think the cowl needs to be armor colored, first and foremost.

    Hobby finds a way! Very cool dude, I love seeing alternative methods. I’m very fond of using metallic sharpies to do things like trim. Much easier to control than a brush and makes trim very quick!

    I actually really like the texture sponge painting creates. I’d to back in and do a second, lighter pass with a lighter color to creat some highlights but even without that it looks good.

      I like the instant weathering I get but I wanted a darker seafoam green, I’m trying to do House Mamaragon, and these ended up looking closer to Sons of Horus Knights.

    dig it, that’s cool! I’ve onlt used sponges for stippling. For doing quick drybrushes on terrain I’ve been using makeup brushes, which can cover relatively large areas like your knight.
