That’s insane by Chelsea. Such a risk to take. Not just injury, but he might just go downhill in quality.
Understandable he prefers Chelsea when they’re handing out goddamn nine-year contracts. Very strange they’re still doing that even after the amortisation loophole was closed, we don’t see these kinds of contract lengths offered for a reason.
