The title is a bit misleading.

If convicted, Hunter Biden faces a maximum penalty of 12 months in prison on each of the tax charges and a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison on the firearm charge, but Weiss’ office noted that actual sentences determined by judges are typically less than the maximums. A source familiar with the deal said the Justice Department had agreed to recommend probation on the tax charges but a judge will make the ultimate decision.

Weiss’ office added that the investigation is ongoing, though Chris Clark, Biden’s attorney, said in a statement: “With the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden, and the Unites States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware, it is my understanding that the five-year investigation into Hunter is resolved.”

Pretty par for the course for family members of prominent politicians.

So you are saying that if everything was equal and this was one of Trump’s kids the outcome would be the same?

LOL. Reading some of the comments here I am starting to believe that there are multiverses and we have visitors from them to the one that we currently reside in

I mean, look at all this shit Trump himself got into, and people are still dithering on whether or not he’d actually face prison time if convicted. He can literally get away with whatever he likes.

as far as his base is concerned, there’s nothing he can do that’s wrong.

biden’s base is exactly the same (aka see the link to this post)

there is a famous quote that comes to mind. “there are none so blind as those who refuse to see”. And the basis of that quote is exactly what those currently in power count on.

Is that all you are able to respond to an argument? You might as well short it down to a simple “You are wrong”, you would save time and your comment would have the exact same substance.

It’s incredibly how fast conservatives seem to give up on even attempting to make an argument… As soon as your views are slightly challenged, you default to a “LOL, you are crazy” mindset…

Despite some accusations, Trump’s kids were never legally challenged in the way Hunter Biden is/was, despite multiple accusations and them being much more directly involved into their Father’s political actions…

I don’t get it, Biden is already a pretty big joke of a president. There are so many angles where you can constructively criticize Biden and get people, even from the left, to agree. But you don’t do that, instead you go after his kids because you somehow have to equate his actions with Trump’s actions and somehow justify Trump’s actions.

Anyone reading this, if you did the exact same things you would with no doubt be pleading the length of your jail term
