Recipe: -1 mashed banana -1 cup flour, -1 cup soymilk (or any vegan milk),

  • pinch of cinnamon

Mix all of those together and cook on a pan and serve

If you want it to be filling, double the recipe. Sometimes I make this as a snack using the above recipe. I find its a good for quantity for a snack but for a full meal. E.g breakfast you might be hungry afterwards (I was lol). So if I ever make it for breakfast. I double the recipe and it’s enough food to last me a while. But experiment and see what works for you
