I use Beepbox to make music sketches, or just plan out some sections in songs.

I used to use Deflemask, but I switched to furnace a while ago.

I have done some work with Famitracker. Trackers have a weird workflow, but they are pretty easy to understand.

I’ve only ever used Carillon Editor to make Game Boy music. I did a video tutorial series here. :)
