The Starfield/XGS stream is tomorrow (11th June) and I’m very excited!

I’ve been anticipating Starfield for a very long time and it’s the game I’m most looking forward to. I’m really excited to see what gets shown tomorrow, I’m sure it’ll only build the hype further for me.

In terms of the general XGS, I’m expecting more Forza Motorsport information, maybe a release date? I think we could also hear a little teaser about Fable. Overall, really interested to see where this show goes!

What are your predictions?

I’m hoping to hear more about what Obsidian has been working on. Microsoft has a lot of studios, so hopefully we get more details on their mystery projects. Starfield should be exciting to see at the very least.

There’s a non-zero chance that we will see more Silksong, so here’s my prediction. Todd Howard hits us with a one more thing at the end and the conference ends with a Silksong release date. Playable inside of Starfield. Watch for it.

As much as I love Xbox, I’ve learned to go in with no expectations for their summer shows like this; it’s really the best thing you can do. I’m very excited for Starfield though since it has its own thing going on, so that’s basically guaranteed to show off a ton.

I’m excited, but also burned so hard by Redfall… I was REALLY hyped for that game.

I never tried Redfall after seeing it get slated everywhere…

I’ll be installing Starfield as soon as the pre-load is up though. I’ve already got XGPU until 2025 so it’s a no brainer. I won’t even pretend to hide the hype I have for Starfield!

Starfield’s a true Bethesda RPG, anyone who have any interest in them is fully hyped for it.

I am hoping they finally start showing some good first party games.

Avowed, Fable, Starfield, just to name a few. They have so many studios, I want them to blow our mind…

That being said, I am expecting an average showcase with probably 1 or 2 first party games (not counting Starfield) and a few third party games. This way I have very low chances of being disappointed.

Yeah sometimes tempering your expectations is the way to go!

I’m thinking we get the whole Starfield bit first, then they’ll have a bit on Forza (I think these are a given…) I think we’ll also get a bit of an announcement related to Fable. Might be a little bit of a secondary teaser for TES:VI too

They shouldn’t show Starfield, it has a separate full showcase.

My trick is to come up with some absolute wild predictions with a few plausible ones before the show. Then I just watch it and get excited when I see trailers. Hopefully one of my predictions comes true and then I get to tell everyone I called it.

Fallout 5 releasing this summer for free via Halo Infinite Forge! (It will have a battle pass though)

Heh. That’s fun. Fallout 5 is a very wild prediction, as it’s supposed to be after Elder Scrolls 6. So, if Fallout 5 is this summer, then it means Elder Scrolls 6 is shadow dropping during the show!

My actual prediction that I expect to walk away disappointed with is Silksong. My theory is that Microsoft got the marketing rights for it and the reason we haven’t heard anything recently is that Microsoft wants to show it at their conference with the release date.

No Silksong. They did show Fallout, but unfortunately, not 5.

Yeah, they didn’t have any crazy ‘one more thing’ moment, but it was still solid overall. Loved the Starfield preview.

Yeah, loved the show. They showed everything I wanted. Fable, Avowed, new inXile game, Starfield. Rest was just bonus for me.
