Forcing the aggressor to pay for damages that it has caused is sensible. Using the aggressors money to do that is just remarkably efficient.

Awesome, I hope that other countries such as US can do the same thing also. Given that Russia has caused these damages and are refusing to pay them, it only makes sense to take from their assets for repayment. We should see this as war retributions.
