What a joke. How exactly do they presume voters would punish them if it’s gerrymandered to hell and back?

So how the hell is everyone still on this committee given that they’ve failed to comply with a court order several times? Could the Court not just appoint members themselves given that the current committee obviously has no intention of following the court order?
