A man who allegedly trafficked “ghost guns” and silencers he assembled at his Philadelphia-area home has been charged along with two friends, authorities said Wednesday.
Tony Phan Ho, 32, and Ritha “Kay” Ngoy, 36, both of Hatfield, and Michael Phan Nguyen, 32, of Lansdale, were all charged with operating a corrupt organization, conspiracy and weapons counts, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said.
Federal investigators began tracking Ho in May, when they learned a shipment of silencer components had been sent to his home, according to court documents. Montgomery County detectives and federal authorities intercepted the package and interviewed Ho.
Laws against suppressors are fucking insane and the NFA should be repealed, just saying.
Alot of weapons laws, when one looks at them, are based on pure hysteria and nonsensical reasoning, and the silencer laws certainly are.
How the NFA ever got past the supreme court is a mystery to me since it clearly infringes on the 2A. It’s a bad law and it needs to go.

They aren’t silencers! They are wish.com solvent traps!
Straight to jail.
Though the obvious question is, who was he building them for?
Fuel filter collectors.
Ghost guns are a thing in meth land. All they need is a table-top CNC machine and some blank stock to make AR receivers without serial numbers. Criminals and convicts pay a high price for them.
Which part of the reciever is printed with PLA or LDPE?
