The former police chief who raped the girl was found guilty in April, and the report says, “Clay is set to be sentenced July 20, 2023 at 10 a.m.”
But I’ve spent fifteen minutes Googling and found no coverage of Clay’s sentencing, which makes me go, “Hmmm.”

Can’t find the sentencing for Clay either, but it looks like its a 15yr mandatory minimum up to life, and life time on the sex offender registry.
Appreciated, and in this instance I like the word ‘mandatory’.
