I’m not taking either side here. The question is, what does the law that the legislators wrote say?

If the law states that the head dress must be removed then blame the legislators and change the law if you want it changed.

If the law says it can be left on then the police in question broke the law.

And from what the article says, or at least as I understand the article : the lawsuit claims state law was broken.

It should be interesting to see how this plays in court
