Man, I hadn’t even thought of this song in years and then randomly heard it the other day.
Yes!!! GLB!!!
I’m like 75% sure I saw Grant Lee Phillips open for someone in Boston in the late 90s, but I’ll be damned if I can remember the headliner or club.
Turns out I was 100% wrong. It was Bill Janovitz from Buffalo Tom. Wrong Buffalo. And I feel like it was supporting Fastball, but I can’t remember.
