I recently bought 2, 3, and 5 because those were the only ones of the era I hadn’t played. It’s nice to just bump all the gains to 4x and get the stories without all the grinding.
I think thats one of the nice things about these releases, the QOL changes they’ve made to allow for story focus playing.
I’m kinda bummed that the non-pixel ones were taken off the Steam store (for those that hadn’t already bought then) and the pixel version didn’t include the additional content found in those versions (i.e. extra bosses/magicite/area in FFVI)
I thought it was a stupid move of SquareEnix to do that, I’m not even sure there’s a good reason for it.
