Taking away a lane for cars to create a dedicated bus lane made for faster commutes for everyone, thanks to faster, more reliable service on one of the region’s busiest bus routes.

Note that this was on a busy bus route. If you run low frequency transit service you will get different results.
This is important to point out as most transit in the US is such poor frequency that making them faster will not help.
