You have three major things happening that are keeping the American economy moving:

1. A lot of stimulus was spent during COVID, and a lot of that impact is still going through the economy.

2. The Labor Participation Rate in the USA is still on its slide from its peak in 2000. Now, with Boomers retiring, that rate is likely to stay low, pushing up wages and keeping unemployment low.

3. Housing never recovered from the Great Recession while there has been an increase in population. There is such pent up demand that new housing will be in demand even as commercial properties tank.
