    They all died in a fraction of a second and would not have had time to comprehend anything, thankfully. There’s photos of the aftermath, it’s not something worth looking up.

      I looked at the article. The sentence in question reads: “Investigation by forensic pathologists determined that Hellevik, being exposed to the highest pressure gradient and in the process of moving to secure the inner door, was forced through the crescent-shaped opening measuring 60 centimetres (24 in) long created by the jammed interior trunk door.”

    Nice share, what a bastard of a vessel that was. Also sounds like, in addition to some fucked designs and procedures, there were a lot of powerful groups attempting to cover for it. Petromoney is never clean.
