    Denver taxpayers pay. Because police don’t carry malpractice insurance, and the money isn’t taken from their salaries or pension.

    Should have been paid by the cops themselves or their “unions” rather than the city budget. Also should have been several times more.

        It wouldn’t in the US either, unless it’s in one of the worst parts of one of the worst states, and who in their right mind would move TO such a place??
