      Remember, Florida man as a phenomenon is partially based on the laws on how crimes can be reported in that state. Far more lax than other states.

        I thought it was written that ALL crimes MUST be reported (to the state’s website, or local paper, not sure), not that they’re lax about what CAN be reported.
