New Jersey Democratic Senator Robert Menendez has been indicted for allegedly accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes, according to the Justice Department.
If the description of gold bars, envelopes and pockets just stuffed with cash, and a free car are true… this seems almost cartoonish levels of bribery.
Better it straight to the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, can this be used to show that the Justice Department is also going after Democrats?
Based on the scotus decision with the Virginia ? governor; I doubt anyone could get a conviction to stick.
That notwithstanding; I’ll bet that the R’s are incapable of understanding that , “YES! I want him investigated, and if PC, indicted, and if found guilty, sentenced…”
But alas. tWo lEvEl justice system!
Good. We should indict ALL the politicians who accepted bribes, regardless of party.
Im not shocked they’re corrupt, just shocked they got charged.
