    Simple cut the barriers. They can’t patrol it 24 hours.

      Then station our coast guard there. China uses fear tactics but they won’t attack first because they still try to protect their reputation to the rest of the world. But shouldn’t attack first either. Just a simple presence there would back them off.

    Question… what would be stopping anyone in those waters from either removing those barriers or moving them back to the edge of Chinese waters?
