The Land Transportation Office has issued a show-cause order against the owner of the vehicle involved in another viral road rage incident in Imus, Cavite.

In the video, the driver could be seen swerving and blocking vehicles before he confronted the driver of the vehicle behind him. The footage also showed that the driver cursed at the occupants of another vehicle.
