I once found $200 on the floor of a gas station. If I’d known that made me richer than a country, I wouldn’t have been so bummed about having to spend it all on tax debts.

Well, kudos to whoever decided to actually pay them. Some governments would have just shrugged. Not that their government has done well with their economic situation in general - their hyperinflation issues were in large part the result of terrible, poorly planned policy.
Well that government is still several trillion better off than the US government.
