Until today, people still demonize fat. Ayan imbalanced tuloy sila sa nutrients. And stop buying low fat milk! Just buy full cream unless lactose intolerant ka.
Thanks sa last statement, muntik nako masaktan as a consumer ng low fat milk. Ahahahaha. Though switched to plant milks now kasi ayaw na talaga ng tyan ko sa cow milk.

Best case, this might be recordings of local boxing matches in channel 9/RPN. That block had plenty of lost media commercials and I could be stumbling on a gold mine here. Worst case, American broadcasts. All in all, worth the gamble for a small price. We’ll see in a few days!
