Am I missing something or did it really disappear from the store?
Isn’t Pixel Dungeon unmaintained? It’s likely that the app hasn’t been updated to comply with Apple’s new App Store requirements.
Shattered Pixel Dungeon is what most people have moved to, it’s maintained and much expanded over the base game, I believe there’s an iOS version as well.
And to add to this, every other PD Mod nowadays uses shattered as a base, not vanilla.
Unfortunately I don’t know why PD isn’t available on the App Store anymore. For Google Play, it’s not showing up for lots of users because it is no longer being updated, and Google has poblic policies about this. I’m not privy to whatever private communications Apple may have sent Watabou about Pixel Dungeon.
I do know that Watabou is aware of this, but please keep in mind that Pixel Dungeon isn’t something he’s touched for years, and he is also a displaced person due to the war, which complicates everything.
