My vote is Skye and Raasay - then they might get some more tourism infrastructure they badly need as they are already de facto national parks

My choice would be North West Sutherland. It was already a “geopark” due to its unique and globally important geology (it’s arguably where geology was discovered). It’s also been utterly overwhelmed by tourists since the NC500 became a thing, with little to no improvement in infrastructure at all.
