Anybody have the actual order, or a hearing transcript?
Edit: I am learning that Judge Chutkan ruled from the bench, so there is not a written order yet.
I spent 15 minutes on Google looking for it and can’t find shit. Let me know if you find it!

Interesting. So basically don’t badmouth the prosecutors, don’t bad mouth court staff, don’t badmouth potential witnesses. Everything else, including calling the trial politically motivated, is fair game.
It doesn’t matter. He won’t adhere to it.
It does matter, because I want to read what the Court said - not just what media outlets say the court said.
I believe his point is that a gag order won’t stop trump from breaking it.
My own take is we shall see if the courts have any teeth when he violates it.
Your point is completely valid, don’t get me wrong, you’re just talking about different things on the same topic.
The arguments and her order seem well-reasoned and reasonable to me. I hope for everyone’s sake that it’s enough.
Hint: it won’t be and this will just get even juicier.
