Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set to complete a move from Chelsea to Milan. The 27-year-old, who is out of contract at Chelsea next summer, will head to Serie A after the two clubs agreed a fee in the region of £15million plus add-ons. The player has agreed personal terms on what is expected to be a four-year deal. The central midfielder will join former Chelsea team-mate Fikayo Tomori at Milan.
