5 seconds and a 5 place grid drop, carried over to the next season if the last race , might do the trick.
As it stands 5 seconds isn’t harsh enough unless they force it to become a pit stop penalty and must be actioned in that race even if you’ve had your pitstops already.
Either of those maybe a better deterrent.
Do the 5 second penalties result in any points on the licence?
