Looks delicious! I will never not find an Aperol Spritz delicious. Especially in the summer!
So fun fact, there are a ton of different Italian cordials that will take a spritz from a summer drink to fall to winter! Select is good for a winter spritz, and campari a nice balance between the two.
I love that, a spritz for every season!
