Ok, so I already posted this twice elsewhere - my apologies if you are tired of seeing it now for the third time, but to get this /c started, here’s some drumsticks on my RT-1250 with a light Cajun rub. About 75 minutes at 275F (and we don’t eat the skin, so I don’t sear to crisp it at the end).
