    On 28 October, Yahya Sinwar, leader of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, proposed that hostages be exchanged for Hamas members in Israeli prisons.

    They might be a bit anxious about getting what they wanted out of their hostage taking efforts.

    And because Hamas leaders don’t want to find their entire families (regardless of which country they are in) delivered to them in small pieces, just before they get a serving of Novichok themselves.
