      San Francisco did it while I lived there — Frank Jordan, douchebag extraordinaire. He saw to it that cops got away with murder, invented a special program for hassling and arresting the homeless, on and on. Pick an evil, Jordan was for it. I’ll always hate that fucker, but at least he made me a radical.
