The guardians of capital have no reason to unite against capital. They’re literally the same team.
I don’t understand the logic behind a 10% signature threshold for a recall. Not sure what would be more fair but 1 in 10 seems like such an easily abused threshold to redo an election.
Gathering signatures is expensive. If the bar is set too high, the recall process would be as useless as the federal impeachment process.
