Ironically, OP did not provide alt text for this image, which is a low-resolution picture of a sea turtle on a standard-definition TV. Above it is a card that says “ISN’T THIS BEAUTIFUL?” and below it is a card that says “AREN’T YOU GLAD YOU CAN SEE?” It appears to be behind glass.
I don’t see anything you’re pointing out that isn’t obvious by looking at the picture?
