Victim sees guy’s hand going to their waist thinking they are going for a gun. Victim punches him and knocks him out.

Cops: We were acting out of self defense because we thought he was going for a gun!In addition to that, the police were in plain clothes and unannounced and his partner provided false testimony as well.
