U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. John Rudd, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician with Combat Logistics Battalion 3, sets up a water cannon during simulated Continental United States improvised explosive device training, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Feb. 21, 2019. EOD conducts this annual training to maintain their readiness.
