U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. John Rudd, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician with Combat Logistics Battalion 3, sets up a water cannon during simulated Continental United States improvised explosive device training, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Feb. 21, 2019. EOD conducts this annual training to maintain their readiness. The Maine Corps Base Hawaii EOD team not only supports missions overseas, they work with and assist federal and local law enforcement agencies operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Note: The Percussion Actuated Non- Electric (PAN) disrupter is a remotely activated 12 gauge device that can be loaded with blank shotgun shells and a variety of fillers, including water. Link to a publically available powerpoint presentation.
