DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — An unknown force has seized an oil tanker linked to Israel off the coast of Aden, Yemen, a private security firm said Sunday.

“Off the coast of Yemen by an unknown force” sounds a lot more nefarious than “in waters famous for Somali piracy, a ship was pirated”
They say that because last time it was houthis.
Per international law you can do anything you want with pirates. Hang them from the yardarm.
